Stefaniia Bodnia is a Ukrainian-born artist and designer currently based in The Hague. Her work operates at the intersection of art, design, and research being informed by personal experiences and an engagement with historical, anthropological and material research. It is manifested as visual poetry and essayism, and realised through publications, installations, and printmaking. She uses materiality as a tool for narration—the core voice in her artworks.

Her exploration focuses on the power dynamics between the West and East, alongside projects that carry a sense of urgency and political relevance, emphasised by connections and origins informed by her background.
